There is a myth about the medicinal treatment of neurological diseases. Medicines may be considered "heavy" and that they will have many side effects for patients. The truth is first of all that all general medicines aim to help the patient with a condition they have, so the medicines are special and not "Heavy".\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Secondly, now in Neurology - as in medicine in general - we now also use herbal substances or combinations of vitamins which, however, have a clinical documentation that they help, for which studies have been done.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Thirdly, it is now possible (also in our clinic) to do a genetic analysis of the patient's genetic profile and which drugs will specifically help him and which one has a high probability of side effects. This procedure is enough to be done once in the patient's life. We take saliva from the patient in the doctor's office and in a few days we have a multi-page report on all the neurological drugs and how he reacts to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, there is the possibility to make a special medicine for each patient, e.g. in migraine, the patient should receive a pill that will be created in a pharmaceutical laboratory especially for him and contain a combination of drug and vitamin.<\/span><\/p>\n
