N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces duhet t\u00eb kemi gjithmon\u00eb parasysh se intervali kohor nd\u00ebrmjet konsumimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb ushqimi dhe shfaqjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb krize mund t\u00eb varioj\u00eb nga disa or\u00eb n\u00eb 24 or\u00eb. \u00c7do pacient mund t\u00eb identifikoj\u00eb faktor\u00eb t\u00eb individualizuar dietik p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkaktimin e episodeve. K\u00ebtu p\u00ebrfshihen nitritet q\u00eb gjenden shpesh n\u00eb salcice, mish t\u00eb pjekur dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi<br \/>\nn\u00eb mish t\u00eb konservuar. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb e fort\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7okollat\u00eb mund t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptoj\u00eb nj\u00eb sulm t\u00eb af\u00ebrt t\u00eb migren\u00ebs!<\/p>\n<p>E sigurt \u00ebsht\u00eb se \u00e7do person ka ndjeshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e veta dhe ushqimet q\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb sulmet e migren\u00ebs jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme. Megjithat\u00eb, me ndihm\u00ebn e nj\u00eb eksperti, ato mund t\u00eb identifikohen dhe t\u00eb hiqen nga dieta e tij.
